3LAW means 3 Level Alliance Way, which comes from the Shiva / Observe the Observer Observing method from my right hand path Tantra Sastra training mixed with Kundalini Yoga methods I learned from SKY along with many years of knowledge of the elements. It has 3 types: 1 standing postures set, 1 sitting postures set, and 1 only sitting. Right Hand Path principles of renunciation, calmness & non-violence is emphasized, along with Left Hand Path principles of austerity, both aimed at energy efficiency.

PRICES

As per tradition, spiritual practice is not charged, but it is highly encouraged to reciprocate as it is your moral obligation to give back suitable knowledge (such as from your method) / service (such as marketing) / offering (such as money) that helps teacher back.

Normally, a teacher has a wealthy sponsor that covers his/her food, water, utilities, accommodation, residence etc. In my case, I do not have such sponsor, even though I did receive some help with certification & dojo costs.

The same goes with material practice, and I love all the mentioned so please let me do it thanks :)

DURATION

Depends on your comprehension but I will basically give you enough material to practice at home and send me video to ensure it is done before next meetup to continue (:
